This is the concept of eliminating the production process that typically occurs in the plethora of foods found in our grocery stores; rather, the food on your table comes directly from a local farm. This movement is growing like wildflowers, which is a very good thing because it’s not only good for our health, but it also supports local farmers. You may not realize this, but today, over 6,000 additives and chemicals are used by food manufacturers to process and produce our food (oy…a hard to swallow truth)!
