With an increasing demand for housing in urban areas, developers across the United States and the UK are attempting to fit as much real estate as possible within smaller and smaller areas. Just the other day I was talking with a college student about the living conditions of living in a dorm and the complications of finding reasonably priced off campus living space. I happened to mention that it would be interesting to build some small to tiny houses on land within reasonable distance to campus. She immediately grab on to this topic and we explored it in great detail. We talked about using recycled materials, biological impact, sustainability of resources and land, and much more. To me this seems like a valuable idea to be further explored.
Fully agreed on that Richard and had the exact SAME thought. Tiny homes are taking over and such a smart idea for practical and affordable housing in variety of areas.
